- Offshore Navigation (formerly Junior Navigation) and Celestial Navigation, (formerly Navigation) a must for oceangoing captains, teach you about planning and monitoring your voyage using modern marine electronics and how celestial observations can help you estimate your vessel’s position with confidence.
