McGriff, Seibels & Williams
McGriff, Seibels & Williams Inc. has been the official administrator of the United States Power Squadrons Boat Insurance Program for 30 years while also delivering exceptional service to our members.
Over the years, McGriff, Seibels & Williams has been an enthusiastic Corporate Sponsor, regularly sponsoring events during our national meetings, including a gala celebration for our 100th anniversary in 2014.
“As a 30-year partner with the United States Power Squadrons, we understand and appreciate loyalty. We have enjoyed serving USPS members in part because of their faithfulness to their organization and us, but also because they are just as passionate about boats as we are! It’s refreshing to speak to customers who love, understand and respect boating, and are enthusiastic about sharing their knowledge with others.
The USPS Boat Insurance Program began as a way to reward USPS members (via reduced insurance premiums) for their dedication to the boating lifestyle and advanced education in the subject. They have proven not only to be excellent insurance risks, but over the years many of them have become great friends. We look forward to providing superior insurance benefits to USPS members for many years to come.”Jake Hill
Founded in 1983, Sea Tow Services International Inc.® provides on-water assistance for boaters, with more than 100 franchise locations across the United States, Canada, Europe, and the Caribbean. Capt. Joe Frohnhoefer established the family-owned company to provide non-emergency assistance to boaters on the water after the U.S Coast Guard stopped servicing non-emergency calls. Sea Tow’s network of dedicated U.S. Coast Guard licensed captains, crew and support staff are standing by 24/7, 365 days a year to serve its members and other boaters in need. Sea Tow also responds to emergency events, natural disasters, environmental response and oil spill cleanup.
The Sea Tow Foundation® works with numerous partner organizations to bring attention to the number of preventable boating-related accidents, injuries, and deaths while directly addressing prevention methods through education and awareness. The foundation and its partners operate more than 450 Life Jacket Loaner Stations across the U.S. and participate in the Sober Skipper and Beacon Rental campaigns, among others.
Sea Insure®, a boat and yacht insurance company, provides insurance products created for boaters by boaters, including one of the most comprehensive insurance policies available to boaters in the U.S.
“Sea Tow, the Sea Tow Foundation and Sea Insure have enjoyed a tremendous working relationship with America’s Boating Club for years and we’re excited that it is continuing with a reaffirmed approach. We are committed to supporting America’s Boating Club and working together to ensure fun and safety on the water for boaters of all ages.”Joseph Frohnhoefer III
BoatU.S. Foundation for Boating Safety and Clean Water is an innovative leader promoting safe, clean and responsible boating. The foundation provides educational outreach directly to boaters and supports partner organizations like United States Power Squadrons nationwide.
In addition to being a partner in boating safety, BoatU.S. Foundation has worked with United States Power Squadrons volunteers to develop a catalog of online seminars, which are hosted on the foundation’s Learning Management System.
“I am fortunate to be able to boat year-round, and I recognize that as conditions change on the water, I need to change how I approach boating. Having a resource like americasboatingclub.org helps remind me of the simple things I can do to make my trip safer and more enjoyable no matter what time of year I’m on the water.”Chris Edmonston
As a Corporate Sponsor, Brunswick Corporation provides classroom space to squadrons through its Dealer Advantage Program, supports USPS endeavors with monetary donations and provides incentive rewards to squadrons holding the most classes at its dealerships. Last year, Brunswick dealers provided classroom space for over 150 education classes in over 50 locations.
“Brunswick and our dealers value the partnership we have with the United States Power Squadrons. This partnership allows dealers to easily offer boating safety and education to their customer’s right at their own dealership by utilizing the knowledge and expertise of the local USPS members. Thanks to USPS, our dealers are able to provide a valuable service to their customers, which in turn creates more safe and happy boaters.”Kirsten Schuchardt
